Debit Cards
  • We accept all Debit cards that are backed by either MasterCard or Visa.
    • If you are paying by credit card, your billing address must be the same as the address to which your credit card statements are mailed. Your card will not be billed until we have your books in hand and are ready to ship.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order fulfillment before shipment and note that all delivery times are business days, which does not include weekends or holidays.

Actual shipping time will vary by where you are. The averages shown are for the lower 48 states. Times are in business days - add days for weekends and holidays.

  • If you placed an order and it has been well over 5 days since your order was placed, it is possible that you ordered a new book that ships from overseas. These sellers are first required to send all orders to a sorting facility in Nevada to be checked for quality. The sorting facility then ships the book to the customer. You can expect these books to take up to 45 calendar days to arrive.
  • Check your order confirmation email if you are not sure where your books are shipping from. It should always state whether you have items that are new or not. If you are still not sure why your order has not shipped you can always contact us here.

Track Domestic Shipments for Used Books:

  • Simply enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
Track Domestic Shipments for New Books:
  • We don't offer tracking if your order was shipped from a new book supplier, but we will get your orders to you in a timely fashion. You can view our new books shipping times.

Returns

Returns for Used Books

  • We accept any return shipped to us within 60 days of the purchase date. Simply package up the item and send it back to us at the following address:

Please include a short note that includes your order number explaining the reason for your return.

  • Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you placed the order.
  • We do ask that you please understand that shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Our return policy does allow for a refund for the item cost.
  • If it is more than 60 days beyond your purchase date, or if you feel that we've made an error with your purchase that would warrant us covering return shipping costs, please contact us here.

Returns for New Books

Please note that if you are returning new books, they must be unused in order to receive a refund.

  • The shipment you received should include a packing slip with detailed return instructions. We would strongly encourage you to purchase tracking for your return so you can verify when your order has been delivered to the seller.
  • If those instructions were not included, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to track down that information for you. Contact us here.
  • Once the we confirm receipt of your return we will process a refund for the returned item(s).

Return Status

  • You'll be able to see on your account page if the refund has been completed. This means your book has been received.
  • If you've sent the book with tracking, you should be able to track it to delivery at our warehouse.
  • Please give us 1-2 business days from the day it arrives at our warehouse to complete the return and issue your refund.
  • If it's been longer than that, or if you don't have tracking and its been more than 14 business days since you mailed your return, please contact us here.

Cancel My Order

Cancel Used Books

  • Please contact us right away, and we'll do everything we can to cancel the order before it ships.

Cancel New Books

  • Please note that in most cases we're unable to cancel orders placed with new book sellers due to the automated nature of those sales. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • In the unfortunate case that we cannot cancel the order in time, please remember we do have a generous return policy, which you can read above.

Change My Order

  • Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to add or exchange books in that order.
  • But if you place a new order for that extra book soon enough, we will combine the shipping so they'll arrive at the same time.

Change Shipping Address

  • We are happy to do everything they can to make any necessary changes to the shipping address on a pending order.
  • Please let us know right away, and we'll get back to you promptly.

Change Billing Address

Credit Card

  • If you paid with a credit card and the billing address is wrong or missing something, there is no need to worry about that either. Our credit card processor is very picky, so if it accepts your information and the order is placed then you have given us all of the information that you need.

Missing books

Multiple Shipments

  • You may have ordered so many books that we had to use more than one box. If that's the case, don't worry: the other box(es) are not far behind.

New Books

  • If your order contained a new book or two, they most likely shipped separately.
  • The orders typically take 3-5 days to process, and about 7-14 days to be delivered (in the US).
  • If the book(s) you're missing don't fit into the above criteria, please be sure to let us know, please contact us here.
